Instructions -

1. It is mandatory for all individual participants to collect their running numbers personally from the SportExpo (Bib Collection Center)
2. No bibs will be issued on race day.
3. Participants must carry along the following documents (soft copy accepted) in order to collect/her running bib:
1. Registration confirmation email
2. Govt. approved photo ID proof
3. Fully vaccinated certificate
4. Original ID proof should be displayed while collecting the BIB.
5. Only a government-issued photo identification card will be accepted.
6. In case of unavoidable circumstances if you are not able to visit in person to collect your bib, you may authorise a fellow runner or family member to collect the bib on your behalf.
7. Please send the authorization email to your friend Your friend will need to carry a digital copy of the authorization email and a digital copy of your photo id along with his own original photo id.
8. No bib exchange is permitted; you will not be allowed to run using any other participant bib, other than the one which is issued to you
9. Registered runners with their respective BIBs only, would be permitted to participate in the run for the safety and coordination of all the runners at the event
10. Please remember No Bib, No Run - you will not be allowed to participate in Vizag Marathon unless your bib is pinned on the front of your running t-shirt, in a manner that is visible to all.

Note: No running bib will be issued over to any participant post the declared closing hours of the Race kit disribution on Saturday, 17th December 2022 05:00 pm.

Important: Please note your entry to this event is non-transferable, and non refundable.

Race Day details-

1. Sunday 18th December 2022,
2. Start & Finish Location- MGM VMRDA Park, near Park hotel, Visakhapatnam.

Facilities on the course

1. Hydration & Energy Drinks at every 2kms
2. Medical Support & Ambulance by our medical partner 7 Hills Hospitals
3. GVMC Toilets & Portable toilets will be placed
4. Cheer Zones

Course Cutoff -

1. Half Marathon – 3 Hours 30 minutes
2. 10K -  2 Hours

After the above cut off time, Traffic will open and you will be asked to stop doing the race with the event BIB, or finish it at your own risk.
If participant fails to complete the race in the above mentioned stioulated time, he/she is technically Did not finish the race., and will not receive finisher certificate.

Please park your vehicles in the designated places only and kindly follow volunteer’s instructions

It is recommended to use taxi service or opt for CAR POOL because of the space constraint.
